  • mayonnaise

  • pulled pork

  • sliced dill pickle
    ½ cup
  • swiss cheese
    2 slices

  • medium microwave-safe bowl
  • small bowl

    Halve ciabatta and toast until golden brown.
    ciabatta: 2 buns

    Place pulled pork in a medium microwave-safe bowl ; using two forks, shred into smaller pieces. Stir in ketchup and half the fry seasoning . Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until heated through and flavors have melded ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    In a small bowl , combine dijon mustard and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
    dijon mustard: 1 tsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp

    Place toasted ciabattas on a clean work surface. Spread bottom halves with Dijonnaise. Top with swiss cheese , pulled pork, and as much sliced dill pickle as you like. Close sandwiches.

    Halve sandwiches on a diagonal and serve with any remaining pickle on the side.
